The firm is founded and led by Prof. Dr. Sven David, a German expert in corporate transformation and restructuring, with over 25 years of international experience in consulting and general management across Europe and Asia.
We focus on strategic turnaround, operational transformation, and governance advisory for Vietnam-based family businesses, private investors, and regional conglomerates. Our projects are managed directly by partners to ensure quality, continuity, and trusted senior-level guidance.
The Role
We are looking for experienced professionals in change and communication who can support high-stakes transformation projects with empathy, clarity, and a hands-on mindset. You will contribute to the success of partner-led initiatives by co-creating structures, aligning stakeholders, and translating strategy into action.
This role does not carry primary project responsibility, but rather supports execution and delivery under the direction of a project partner.
What We Expect
- Proven experience in organizational change, transformation, or internal communication
- Background in HR, organizational development, internal consulting, or leadership enablement
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Sensitivity to group dynamics, cultural nuances, and unspoken resistance
- Structured thinking and pragmatic problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with a high degree of self-responsibility
