Prof. Dr. Sven David is a transformation expert with over 25 years of international experience in leadership, restructuring, and crisis management. He began with a banking apprenticeship and moved into top-level consulting at Roland Berger, one of Europe’s leading firms in restructuring, before joining KPMG Germany as Manager in the Restructuring Unit with statutory authority (Prokura), combining advisory expertise with formal executive responsibility.
Over his career, Sven has co-led more than 40 strategic mandates and guided over 30 companies through crisis. He has served as CFO and COO in mid-sized industrial firms, leading up to 260 employees, and co-founded and helped build a university as Professor of Business Administration. He also founded a European boutique consultancy, demonstrating a track record of operational and strategic leadership across sectors.
Since 2023, Sven has focused on Vietnam, where he advises shareholders, boards, and family businesses as founder and CEO of VIET Transformation Advisors. He holds a PhD on banks’ perspectives of external crisis management and contributes as VNIDA Partner and Mentor for Vietnam’s next generation of business leaders, combining international expertise with local commitment.

Nguyen Hanh supports board-level mandates in restructuring and transformation with a strong financial execution focus. She combines analytical precision with deep operational insight and ensures that strategic decisions translate into measurable financial results.
Her professional experience spans over 14 years across Southeast Asia, where she led and advised on the implementation of finance structures, ERP systems, and performance control frameworks. She has worked across industries, bringing clarity to complex financial operations, ensuring regulatory alignment, and safeguarding liquidity and risk positions in demanding project environments.
Hanh is internationally trained (ACCA, UK) and brings a track record shaped in global advisory environments. Her contributions are particularly valuable in situations requiring financial governance, project accountability, and seamless execution from strategy to results.

Quang Phan supports corporate transformation, restructuring, and board-level mandates with over 25 years of experience in finance, tax, and corporate governance. He has led complex financial and regulatory strategies for multinational corporations, ensuring compliance, defending high-stakes cases, and securing sustainable financial structures.
His track record includes senior leadership roles such as Group CFO, Group Head of Finance & Investment, and Group Head of Tax across sectors including energy, retail, real estate, and manufacturing. He has successfully steered multi-hundred-million-dollar M&A transactions, capital raisings, and restructuring programs, balancing regulatory requirements with strategic business objectives.
Quang holds degrees in Credit & Finance and Management, and his deep network within Vietnamese regulatory authorities strengthens his ability to align transformation initiatives with governance standards, risk mitigation, and shareholder value creation.
