VIET Transformation Advisors is not a typical consultancy. We are a high-end, execution-focused advisory firm based in Vietnam, founded and led by Prof. Dr. Sven David – a German restructuring expert and former strategy professor with over 25 years of leadership experience in Europe and Asia.

Associate Partner (Vietnamese National)

We invite an exceptional Vietnamese leader, mid-30s to mid-40s, with unparalleled networks across Vietnam’s top business, corporate, and policy circles.
You have led teams, managed significant budgets, and delivered measurable results. Your presence in the boardroom commands attention, your judgment is relied upon, and your decisions carry lasting impact.
Senior Expert – Operational Transformation (Freelance)
Former COOs, plant managers, or restructuring leaders with a proven track record in operational turnaround and stakeholder-driven implementation.
Change & Communication Advisor (Freelance)
Ho Chi Minh City | Project-based
We welcome senior professionals who understand how to lead human transformation – not just advise it. You may have led internal change initiatives as an HR or OD executive. Your strength lies in guiding teams and leaders through uncertainty, conflict, and identity shifts.
Legal & Governance Advisor (Freelance)
Expertise in corporate law, restructuring, compliance, or governance – ideally with experience in succession planning or family business environments
